HTMA engagement with DfT Highways Maintenance Efficiency Programme (HMEP)
The Association has provided and continues to provide a significant contribution to the Department of Transport’s Highways Maintenance Efficiency Programme. There are active members sitting on the Programme Board, Project Board, Design Assurance Group as well as regional representatives supporting the Engage and Enable local delivery of the programme.Through the HTMA Working Groups, the members have provided valuable input to many of the HMEP products that have been, and continue to be, developed. This input is expected to continue to play a significant part within the ongoing product reviews. HTMA led on the Client – Provider Collaboration toolkit for HMEP.
